| Cyrus is a leading Hi Fi brand. Designed and built in the UK, its products regularly win award from the Hi Fi Press. Cyrus currently holds the What Hi Fi CD player of the year and Amplifier of the year awards. Simon organised the Buy Out of the business from its Parent NXT in 2004, and sits on the Board as Finance Director. The business recently completed a fund raising to help accelerate the growth of the business in overseas markets. |

TeleAdapt supplies the hospitality industry with connectivity devices for hotel bedrooms, enabling hotel guests to connect their laptops, ipods and other electronic devices to the hotel's internet and TV and audio equipment. For example allowing a guest to play a video on his ipod over the hotel room TV. Simon is currently providing financial advice to the business and acting as a mentor to the MD. |

Simon is providing 360 with strategic and management advice, introducing business processes to help drive and manage growth. |

Golley Slater: One of the UK's largest independent marketing communications groups, delivering a wide range of services from Advertising and PR through to Digital and Contact Management. Established in 1947, Golley Slater employs over 250 employees in 11 locations around the UK, and has a strong blue chip client roster. Simon arranged the purchase of the business by the current management team back in 2003, and then managed a number of acquisitions for the Group. Simon now sits on the Group board as a non executive. |
